Annual reporting under the Bathing Water Directive (BWD), regarding:

  1. the results of the monitoring at each bathing water sampling point (measured concentration of Intestinal enterococci (cfu/100ml) and Escherichia coli (cfu/100ml)), 
  2. the bathing water quality assessment with reference to the BWD classification (Data Dictionary - Vocabulary (europa.eu)) for each bathing water (e.g. qualityClass = 0(Not classified), 1(Excellent), 2(Good), 3(Sufficient), 4(Poor)), as well as 
  3. a description of significant management measures taken

Notes:
- Data model has been revised in 2019, therefore consolidated results (in the form of csv table) are provided separately for the years 2014-2019 and the years from 2020 onwards. 
- Data for each year can also be downloaded from the CDR platform (Reportnet 2 - https://cdr.eionet.europa.eu/cy/eu/bwd/) for the years 2014-2021, or from the Reportnet 3 platform (https://reportnet.europa.eu/public/country/CY) for the years from 2022 onwards.
